Our products are warranted to the original purchaser against
manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase. Specifically
covered are:
Fabric and
Foam
1 year
Tilt Swivel
Mechanism
1 year
Springs and Spring
Units
2 years
Frames
5 years
The warranty
covers normal residential use. Misuse, abuse, or commercial use void the
warranty. Some fabric stretch and wear should be expected and would not be
considered evidence of defectiveness. Through normal use, all cushioning will
soften and lose loft with time. Consequential or individual damages, fabric
fading and pilling are not covered by Parker Southern. Heavily soiled,
improperly cleaned and "after market" chemically treated fabric are excluded
from this warranty. Warranty service is handled through the original furniture
retailer. Should service be needed, contact your furniture retailer.
